Uni is just one option, want another?

SAIBT diplomas can be studied instead of or as a replacement to the first year of uni. Choose from areas in Engineering, IT, Business, Arts and Health Science. On completion, the diploma provides the option to continue further studies at UniSA with up to a full year of credit towards your degree* or to enter to work force and re-commence study at a later time. You decide. Either way you will have a nationally accredited diploma to take with you.

We are dedicated to opening access to study options for all students. No ATAR is required to commence at SAIBT, we assess applications on achievements of SACE. We will also consider Year 11 achievemnts, past work history and STAT test results.

SAIBT is an on-campus pathway provider to UniSA. This means you will have access to everything UniSA as well as everything SAIBT. Sports clubs, libraries, career advice, counselling support, student events – the lot. SAIBT is based on the UniSA City East campus, corner of North Terrace and Frome Road.

We specialise in the foundation of degree studies, equipping you with a solid framework the rest of your degree will be built on. Through small-class sizes, personalised teaching methods and extensive student support, you will have the opportunity to excel. We have the privilege to help students study further, the fastest way possible.

Not all degrees look the same

A SAIBT diploma can replace the first year of your degree or provide you with credit towards your further studies. It is possible to complete the diploma is as little as 8 months, this means you can be in second year uni in 2025 if you want to be.

If you have already done some form of tertiary studies, either at TAFE or an uni, we can consider what you have studied for credit to put towards your diploma as well.
